The Opportunity
We are looking for a professional business development executive with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts. The person will successfully prospect, develop, and close new sales opportunities, nurturing a positive customer journey from prospect to contract acceptance and post-sales customer service. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and history of repeated sales success in the IT services industry along with being dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities: Your Mission,Your Impact
- Achieve M-o-M, Q-o-Q, Y-o-Y Sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process , starting from lead generation, proposal presentation to agreement signoff and then to account management.
- Pipeline development through research driven and targeted cold approach via calls, emails, social reach outs etc.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Creating and submitting proposal on popular bidding platforms.
- Effectively manage CRM and ensure integrity of all relevant data and communication in line with the existing protocols.
- Participate in national and international networking events to represent the brand and it’s offering.
- Create sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, agreements and other sales related collaterals as needed.
- Maintain engaging relationships with customers and identifying upsell & cross sell opportunities, while also handling escalations.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Continuously upgrading knowledge on company’s latest projects and offerings, to advocate innovative solutions to prospective customers
- Submission of various reports on work performances and designated metrics.
We're Searching for Someone With
- 0.5 - 2 yrs. of relevant experience in business development in the IT services domain, with a proven track record of surpassing growth targets.
- Experience in dealing with businesses across North America and Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and prospects
- Good proficiency in crafting and delivering professional presentations.
- Hands on experience in responding to RFP’s & RFI’s
- Good working knowledge in PowerPoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel tools.
- Strong cold-calling, email & social outreach abilities with a persuasive and professional communication style.
- Adept in forging meaningful connections with key decision makers across the globe.
- Sound knowledge on software development and IT services industry, with awareness in latest trends and best practices.
- Strong attention to details and tenacity to achieve perfection.
