Your Mission, Your Impact

• Write clean and maintainable code in Go and Angular with high test coverage for softwareproducts.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment andoptimization.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with team members in daily standups, code review, and technical direction.
• Work with management, peers, and customers to define and implement the technical visionof the team.
• Work directly with the Software Engineering teams to build the next generation always upcloud-based e-commerce/Stores/Distribution Center and Enterprise platforms.

We're Searching for Someone With

Mandatory Skills:

• 5 to 6 Years of hands-on experience working on scaled Software Products on Go Lang.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code in Go.
• Strong Proficiency in Go Programming: A deep understanding of Gos syntax, routines,channels, and the effective use of its powerful standard library is crucial. This includesknowledge of concurrency patterns, memory management, and interface design, which arekey for building efficient and scalable applications.
• Since Go is often used for systems-level programming, a strong grasp of systems designand architecture is necessary. This involves designing robust, scalable, and performantsystems, structuring code, optimizing performance, and integrating with different systemsand microservices.
• 4 to 5 Years of hands-on experience working with Angular for frontend development. Thisincludes HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts.
• Experience with Automation testing & Unit testing using appropriate tools.
• Strong experience in investigating, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale enterprisesystems. Need a methodical and systematic problem-solving approach, combined with asolid awareness of ownership, business impact, initiative & drive. You will ensure that theproduct deployments are running with minimum downtime, and mechanisms are in place toensure that the deployment is failproof, with no data loss or availability issues.
• Must have experience in both frontend & backend development for 8 to 10 years. This roleexpects the candidate to be a full-stack developer and must be able to work independently.
• Valid experience in developing highly scalable, highly available, distributed Cloud (SaaS)services and solutions. Should be able to understand complex microservice baseddistributed architecture from the ground up quickly.
• Experienced in working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL,Oracle, MongoDB, Casandra, Redis, etc.
• Ability to analyze & understand the project requirements, and functional specifications, andwork with development teams in building appropriate solutions. This role expects thecandidates to be well-versed in ideating and documenting the requirements.
• Proficient understanding of GIT-based code versioning tool GitHub & GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools such asJenkins, Terraform, etc
• Knowledge of the AWS Cloud ecosystem is expected, not in full depth, but enough tounderstand exactly how the infra is deployed.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes, enabling youto contribute to developing scalable and efficient software systems.
• Should be very strong in logic & algorithms
• Should have a conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process
• Should have Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capableof juggling multiple tasks and related complexities at the same time
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-like environment will be expected
• Staying abreast of digital methodologies and technologies in the industry, and ensuringcontinuous learning and improvement of self and team

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with BDD/ TDD is an advantage.
• Knowledge of NodeJS would be a plus.Job Description
